Pioneer Announces Changes to Board Members

Pioneer Corporation announces changes to its board members as follows.

  • Mr. Hiroshi Kitami, currently Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member), will retire its position on November 1.
  • Mr. Kohei Fukushima, EQT Partners Japan K.K. Director, will become Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member), effective November 1.
